What height should my topper(s) be?
Please refer to Suggested Sizing Charts under the Features & Options tab across the top of the Home page.
Does the thickness of the topper matter?
Our standard thickness size is 1/8" thick. However, many customers prefer their topper(s) to have a thicker, more substantial look, and select 1/4" or 3/8" thickness.
Do the cake toppers come with cake spikes?
Yes. Cake spikes are included with all cake topper purchases.
What is the difference between mirrored acrylic and brushed metal toppers?
Our metal toppers are cut from an extremely lightweight brushed metal. They are non-breakable and make a wonderful keepsake. Our silver and gold acrylic mirrored toppers are mirrored on the front side only. They are made from a very lightweight acrylic (plastic) material, so they are somewhat delicate.
Do your metal toppers come in gold?
No, the brushed metal toppers come in silver only.
Can I order numbers as well as letters?
Yes! We can create any number or letter you would like!
Will my topper be too heavy for my cake?
No. Our toppers are created with very lightweight materials and your cake should be able to support the topper(s) without a problem.
Are fully decorated toppers covered with crystals on the back?
No, our toppers are decorated on the front side of the topper(s) only.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard production: You should receive your order within 14-17 business days from the date the order is placed.
RUSH production: You should receive your order within 4-6 business days from the date the order is placed.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time.
What types of payments do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. At this time, we do not accept American Express, personal/business checks, money orders, or cashiers checks.
What is your return/exchange policy
We are committed to your satisfaction, and we want you to be happy with your purchase. Please ensure that all your selections are accurate when placing an order. Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot refund or exchange your order. However, if your order arrives defective or does not match the product description on your order, we will do our best to quickly resolve the issue, or offer a full refund.
Can I change my order after I've placed it online?
Once your order has been placed, we begin production on it quickly. Because of this, we usually cannot make changes after the order has been placed.
Do you sell wholesale?
We do not sell our products wholesale or at a discounted rate at this time.
Do you have a store-front location?
At this time, we are an Internet-based business only and do not have a store-front.
